The cottage provides luxury accomodation for a relaxing get away for 2 people with access to the hot tub. Whilst Arvalee Retreat offers comfort and relaxation for up to 13 people.
The facilities include an outdoor kitchen, BBQ area and a luxury 6 person HotTub, it’s the perfect for relaxing, unwinding and indulging in some much needed me time.
This expansive property offers you exclusive use of 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 4 living spaces and all amenities are provided.

Spacious accomodation for up to 13 people. This child friendly property offers something for all the family with cots and toddler beds can be provided on request.
ARVALEE COTTAGE
Luxury accomodation for a relaxing get away for 2 adults, includes a private decking area with views over the rolling countryside and access to the hottub by request.

Combining both properties allows you to access all facilities and more individualised spaces for up to 15 people. We welcome large groups and special gatherings.
Child & autism friendly
We enlisted the help of our friends at www.learningspaceuk.co.uk, experts in sensory spaces and special needs, who have designed a specialist Autism friendly space with an emphasis and understanding of neurodivergences.
We are happy to provide a visual story to help prepare your child or adult for your holiday so we can ensure everyone in the family has the best holiday possible.
Our specially designed and controlled area is intended to provide comfort, stimulation, and relaxation for individuals on the autism spectrum or with sensory processing differences.
Using soft lighting, calming colours, comfortable seating and specialist sensory equipment, this space is carefully crafted to create a calming and engaging environment helping individuals regulate their sensory experiences.
The room has controls that allow individuals or caregivers to adjust the sensory inputs to suit specific preferences and needs. This might include dimming the lights, changing the color schemes, or adjusting the sound volume.
